BRIEF STRATEGIC FAMILY THERAPIST

LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ

PURPOSE
We are currently looking for a Masters level therapist to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families in the least restrictive and intrusive manner. The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) assessment.
  • Identifying patterns of interaction within the family which are leading to problematic behavior.
  • Engaging family members in treatment by using techniques of specialized engagement, being cognizant of cultural factors and special needs of the family.
  • Working with family to create a treatment plan which includes needs and goals of the family, BSFT interventions to be utilized and outcomes desired.
  • Providing direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with BSFT principles and practices.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related subject area, as well as 6 months direct clinical experience treating problem behaviors in youth & their families. Must have training in basic clinical skills and basic family systems therapy. BSFT Certification preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

    CASE MANAGER

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    The primary purpose of this position is to treat families under the 12 Principles and facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing community based services to families thru the Child and Family Team Model.
  • Conducting the Engagement Process with families
  • Completing strengths assessment with families
  • Facilitating the child and family team process
  • Providing direct support to children and families (ie. Teaching living and parenting skills, mentoring, respite) only as applicable based on the individual needs of the family

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    This position requires at least two years minimum practical experience in the behavioral health or social service field. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is a plus.

    CLINICAL CARE MANAGER

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    Clinical Care Manager provides services through the child and family team process. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting Intake Assessments.
  • Providing Clinical input to the Child and Family Team.
  • Conducting the Engagement Process with families.
  • Completing strengths, cultural and needs assessments with families.
  • Facilitating the child and family team meetings.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health related field and have at least 2 years clinical experience. Must meet criteria for Behavioral Health Technician.

    FACILITIES SPECIALIST

    LOCATION
    PHOENIX AZ

    PURPOSE
    We are looking for an experienced costodian/facilities maintenance specialist to maintain our facilities and coordinate all building issues including repairs, maintenance and improvements. This position all includes some administrative responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Performing and coordinating building repairs.
  • Performing and coordinating building maintenance.
  • Conducting daily errands between sites througout the valley.
  • Regularly operating Touchstone owned vehicles for the purpose of conducting Touchstone Business.
  • Conducting routine vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinating events set up and clean up.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Requires a a high school diploma and at least 1 year building custodial and maintenance experience including heating and air conditioning, plumbing, drywall & texture experience along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Must qualify for the Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

    RESPITE STAFF - CHILD CARE

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    The primary purpose of this position is to provide Child Respite care on Saturdays and Sundays at our Glendale facility.This is a part time position.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Must be at least 21 years of age and have at least one year experience working with children, preferrably in a Behavioral Health setting.

    BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST (bi-lingual)

    LOCATION
    Glendale/Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    The primary purpose of your job position is to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families in the least restrictive and intrusive manner, utilizing Best Practices. Therapists are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 20 clients and bills for a minimum of 20 hours per week and be able and available to facilitate CFT’s and comply with Arizona Practice Model of service delivery.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Masters degree in counseling, related field or meets state requirements for a behavioral health professional. Must meet state requirements for credentialing as Behavioral Health Technician or Professional. Must understands and apply the Arizona Practice Model. Must be Bi-lingual English/Spanish

    ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Prefer at least 2 years practical experience in behavioral health; preferably with the child/adolescent population.

    YOUTH AND FAMILY SUPPORT STAFF

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ (community based)

    PURPOSE
    - WIT - "Whatever It Takes" We have a position available for a dedicated reliable staff to provide direct support services in clients' homes throughout the Phoenix area. The support staff is responsible for providing in-home direct services support to youth and their families. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Identifying youth and family strengths and needs that will enhance the child and family team process; Teaching a variety of skills including living, social, self-care, and household management; Acting as consultant to the Child and Family Team; and Identifying/connecting/integrating families into a variety of community resources. YFSS staff must willing and able to work with a diverse consumer group. Services are provided in the consumers’ homes and in the community.
    This is a position with a fluctuating schedule which may include working early mornings, evenings, and weekends. It is important to note that the schedule will vary from week to week and sometimes from day to day depending on the needs of the assigned consumers.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    This position requires that a candidate be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma, valid Arizona driver's license, a good driving record, current and adequate auto liability insurance, and reliable personal transportation. A candidate must also qualify for the Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

    ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health field is preferred. Experience working with the AZ model preferred. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
