BRIEF STRATEGIC FAMILY THERAPIST

LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ

PURPOSE
We are currently looking for a Masters level therapist to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families in the least restrictive and intrusive manner. The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) assessment.
  • Identifying patterns of interaction within the family which are leading to problematic behavior.
  • Engaging family members in treatment by using techniques of specialized engagement, being cognizant of cultural factors and special needs of the family.
  • Working with family to create a treatment plan which includes needs and goals of the family, BSFT interventions to be utilized and outcomes desired.
  • Providing direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with BSFT principles and practices.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related subject area, as well as 6 months direct clinical experience treating problem behaviors in youth & their families. Must have training in basic clinical skills and basic family systems therapy. BSFT Certification preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

    CASE MANAGER-bi lingual (English/Spanish)

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    The primary purpose of this position is to treat families under the 12 Principles and facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing community based services to families thru the Child and Family Team Model.
  • Conducting the Engagement Process with families
  • Completing strengths assessment with families
  • Facilitating the child and family team process
  • Providing direct support to children and families (ie. Teaching living and parenting skills, mentoring, respite) only as applicable based on the individual needs of the family

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    This position requires at least two years minimum practical experience in the behavioral health or social service field. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

    FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPY INTERVENTIONIST

    LOCATION
    TUCSON or YUMA, AZ

    PURPOSE
    The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality clinical behavioral health care to consumers and their families using the FFT model. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting FFT assessment including review of referral information;
  • Identifying and engaging key participants;
  • Identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses;
  • developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context;
  • Engaging primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagemen;
  • Implementing a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the FFT Analytic Process.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related subject area with at least 1 year direct clinical experience of post BA direct clinical experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

    MULTISYSTEMIC TREATMENT THERAPIST

    LOCATION
    PHOENIX AZ

    PURPOSE
    Our MST program serves consumers in the Phoenix area. The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality clinical behavioral health care to consumers and their families using the Multisystemic Treatment (MST) model. Duties include but are not limited to: Conducting MST assessment including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context; Engaging primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement; Implementing a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process; Assess home for safety and develop, through collaboration with all systems; Providing direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with MST principles and practices.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field and at least two years of related experience or Master’s Degree (PREFERED) . Also requires at least two years of practical experience working with adolescents or their families. Spanish speaking is strongly prefered. Bi-lingual (Englisk/Spanish) required

    OUTPATIENT THERAPY SUPERVISOR

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    We are currently looking for a Masters level Independently Licensed therapist to provide clinical and administrative supervision to Therapists along with ensuring that all regulatory guidelines are being met within all assigned programs The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Carries out supervisory functions of training, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating performance of all assigned staff.
  • Administers disciplinary action when necessary and in a timely and professional manner, consulting with Human Resources in accordance with policy.
  • Works in collaboration with Human Resources to establish departmental/program staffing needs, participating fully in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Handles consumer concerns and complaints.
  • Performs chart audits and assist in compliance issues
  • Reviews treatment plans, discharge summaries and transfer summaries SCNDs and Crisis plans
  • Assists with crisis calls during the daytime hours and is on call when assignedples and practices.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Requires a Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health related field and at least 3 years practical experience. Must be independently licensed with the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

    RESPITE STAFF - CHILD CARE

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    The primary purpose of this position is to provide Child Respite care on Saturdays and Sundays at our Glendale facility.This is a part time position.

    Must be at least 21 years of age and have at least one year experience working with children, preferrably in a Behavioral Health setting.

    THERAPIST (bi-lingual)

    LOCATION
    Glendale/Phoenix, AZ

    PURPOSE
    The primary purpose of your job position is to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families in the least restrictive and intrusive manner, utilizing Best Practices. Therapists are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 20 clients and bills for a minimum of 20 hours per week and be able and available to facilitate CFT’s and comply with Arizona Practice Model of service delivery.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Masters degree in counseling, related field or meets state requirements for a behavioral health professional. Must meet state requirements for credentialing as Behavioral Health Technician or Professional. Must understands and apply the Arizona Practice Model. Must be Bi-lingual English/Spanish

    ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Prefer at least 2 years practical experience in behavioral health; preferably with the child/adolescent population. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

    WIT SUPERVISOR

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ (community based)

    PURPOSE
    - WIT - "Whatever It Takes" We have an immediate opening for an experienced bi-lingual Behavioral Health Supervisor for the WIT Program. This is a 24 hours/7 days a week direct services program that provides in home wrap-around services to children/adolescents and their families.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Must possess a high school diploma, a valid Arizona driver's license with a good driving record, current liability insurance and reliable personal transportation, and qualify for the AZ Fingerprint Clearance card. Must be available and willing to accomodate a flexible schedule.

    ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with the AZ model preferred. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) required.

    YOUTH AND FAMILY SUPPORT STAFF

    LOCATION
    Phoenix, AZ (community based)

    PURPOSE
    - WIT - "Whatever It Takes" We have a position available for a dedicated reliable staff to provide direct support services in clients' homes throughout the Phoenix area. The support staff is responsible for providing in-home direct services support to youth and their families. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Identifying youth and family strengths and needs that will enhance the child and family team process; Teaching a variety of skills including living, social, self-care, and household management; Acting as consultant to the Child and Family Team; and Identifying/connecting/integrating families into a variety of community resources. YFSS staff must willing and able to work with a diverse consumer group. Services are provided in the consumers’ homes and in the community.
    This is a position with a fluctuating schedule which may include working early mornings, evenings, and weekends. It is important to note that the schedule will vary from week to week and sometimes from day to day depending on the needs of the assigned consumers.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    This position requires that a candidate be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma, valid Arizona driver's license, a good driving record, current and adequate auto liability insurance, and reliable personal transportation. A candidate must also qualify for the Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

    ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health field is preferred. Experience working with the AZ model preferred. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
