CASE MANAGER
LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to treat families under the 12 Principles and facilitate Child and Family
Team Meetings.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
This position requires at least two years minimum practical experience in the behavioral health or social service field.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
CLINICAL CARE MANAGER
LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ
PURPOSE
Clinical Care Manager provides services through the child and family team process.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health related field and have at least
2 years clinical experience. Must meet criteria for Behavioral Health Technician.
FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPY INTERVENTIONIST
LOCATION
PHOENIX, AZ
PURPOSE
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide intensive, home and community-based behavioral health services to
adolescents and their families in the Phoenix, AZ area.

The FFT therapist will provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions for each client. Therapist
will utilize the Functional Family Therapy model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18. Therapist
will be required to carry a caseload of 10 to 15 families, providing services anywhere from 8 to 26 weeks.
This position requires flexibility in hours to meet families when they are available.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related subject area with at least 1 year direct clinical experience
of post BA direct clinical experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
MULTISYSTEMIC TREATMENT THERAPIST
LOCATION
PHOENIX AZ
PURPOSE
Our MST program serves consumers in the Phoenix area. The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality clinical behavioral health care to consumers and their
families using the Multisystemic Treatment (MST) model. Duties include but are not limited to: Conducting MST assessment
including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and
weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context; Engaging primary caregiver
and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement;
Implementing a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcome review and strategy
revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process; Assess home for safety and develop, through collaboration with all systems;
Providing direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with MST principles and practices.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field and at least two years of related
experience or Master’s Degree (PREFERED) . Also requires at least two years of practical experience working with adolescents or
their families. Spanish speaking is strongly prefered.
Bi-lingual (Englisk/Spanish) preferred
MULTISYSTEMIC TREATMENT for PROBLEM SEXUAL BEHAVIORS - bilingual required

PREVENTION SPECIALIST - TEEN PREGNANCY PREVENTION PROGRAM

PURPOSE
The general purpose of this position is to implement Prevention programs into at-risk communities. Duties will include
but are not limited to:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in the area of Applied Arts and Sciences, Humanities or related field and at least one year social service experience.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT/SKILLS: Must have at least intermediate computer skills (familiarity with MS Office products, internet).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
RESPITE STAFF - CHILD CARE
LOCATION
Glendale, AZ
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to provide Child Respite care on Saturdays and Sundays at our Phoenix facility. This
is a part time position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age and have at least one year experience working with children, preferably in a Behavioral Health setting.
Must have a valid Arizona driver's license and a good driving record.
THERAPIST - bi-lingual PREFERRED
LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families in the
least restrictive and intrusive manner, utilizing Best Practices. Therapists are expected to maintain a caseload of at
least 20 clients and bills for a minimum of 20 hours per week and be able and available to facilitate CFT’s and comply
with Arizona Practice Model of service delivery.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in counseling, related field or meets state requirements for a behavioral health professional.
Must meet state requirements for credentialing as Behavioral Health Technician or Professional. Must understands and
apply the Arizona Practice Model. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer at least 2 years practical experience in behavioral health; preferably with the child/adolescent population.
YOUTH AND FAMILY SUPPORT STAFF
LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ (community based)
PURPOSE
- WIT - "Whatever It Takes" We have a position available for a dedicated reliable
staff to provide direct support services in clients' homes throughout the Phoenix area. The support staff is
responsible for providing in-home direct services support to youth and their families. The responsibilities of
this position include but are not limited to: Identifying youth and family strengths and needs that will enhance
the child and family team process; Teaching a variety of skills including living, social, self-care, and household
management; Acting as consultant to the Child and Family Team; and Identifying/connecting/integrating families
into a variety of community resources. YFSS staff must willing and able to work with a diverse consumer group.
Services are provided in the consumers homes and in the community.
This is a position with a fluctuating schedule which may include working early mornings, evenings, and
weekends. It is important to note that the schedule will vary from week to week and sometimes from day to
day depending on the needs of the assigned consumers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
This position requires that a candidate be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma, valid Arizona
driver's license, a good driving record, current and adequate auto liability insurance, and reliable personal
transportation. A candidate must also qualify for the Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health field is preferred. Experience working with the AZ model preferred.
Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
