CASE MANAGER

LOCATION
GLENDALE, AZ

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to treat families under the 12 Principles and facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings. Duties will include but are not limited to: 1. Providing community based services to families thru the Child and Family Team Model. 2. Conducting the Engagement Process with families 3. Completing strengths assessment with families 4. Facilitating the child and family team process 5. Providing direct support to children and families (ie. Teaching living and parenting skills, mentoring, respite) only as applicable based on the individual needs of the family

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years minimum practical experience.

CLINICAL CARE MANAGER

LOCATION
GLENDALE, AZ

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of your job position is to treat families under the 12 Principles and facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings.Duties include but are not limited to: Conducting Intake Assessments;Providing Clinical input to CF teams; Conducting the Engagement Process with families; completing strengths, cultural and needs assessments with families.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related field required. Must currently be credentialed as a Clinical Liaison with Magellan or meet the requirements to be credentialed/privileged as a clinical liaison.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2-years practical experience in Behavioral Health preferably with children and adolescence.

FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPIST

LOCATION
TUCSON or PHOENIX, AZ

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality clinical behavioral health care to consumers and their families using the FFT model. Duties include but are not limited to: Conducting FFT assessment including review of referral information; identifying and engaging key participants; identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses; developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context;Engaging primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagemen; Implementing a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the FFT Analytic Process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related subject area; or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related subject area with at least 1 year direct clinical experience treating problem behaviors in youth & their families.Required experience includes Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural, strategic and functional) family therapies. Individual therapy with children using cognitive behavioral techniques. Behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance. Implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth’s natural ecology that affect or influence the behavior of youth (i.e. family, peer, school, and neighborhood).

INTAKE THERAPIST

LOCATION
Glendale/Phoenix, AZ

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families in the least restrictive and intrusive manner, utilizing Best Practices. Duties include but are not limited to: completing intakes utilizing the Arizona 12 Principles Model and in accordance with RBHA standards; Completing intake appointments within the access to care standards; Traveling to agency, schools, and community to accommodate family & school needs; Acting as liaison between Touchstone and the schools, agencies, and communities Touchstone serves.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in counseling or related field plus 2 years practical experience in behavioral health or a community specialist preferably with the child/adolescent population required. Must understands and apply the Arizona Practice Model.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Spanish speaking strongly preferred.

MULTISYSTEMIC TREATMENT THERAPIST

LOCATION
TUCSON or FLAGSTAFF, AZ

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality clinical behavioral health care to consumers and their families using the Multisystemic Treatment (MST) model. Duties include but are not limited to: Receiving new referrals & maintain all referral documentation; Meeting with families to orient them to the MST model; conducting screenings as required; Coordinating family information with other agencies as well as with the family, Verifying all information for accuracy; Communicating with other departments and agencies to improve quality of care (MST Therapists, Case Managers, other agencies, etc); Coordinating services with referral source after screening prior to case assignment; and Conducting MST assessment including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field or a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of related experience. Also requires at least two years of practical experience working with adolescents or their families. Spanish speaking is required for the Tucson position and strongly prefered for the Phoenix position.

OUTPATIENT THERAPIST

LOCATION
Glendale/Phoenix, AZ

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families in the least restrictive and intrusive manner, utilizing Best Practices. Therapists are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 20 clients and bills for a minimum of 20 hours per week and be able and available to facilitate CFT’s and comply with Arizona Practice Model of service delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in counseling, related field or meets state requirements for a behavioral health professional. Must meet state requirements for credentialing as Behavioral Health Technician or Professional. Must understands and apply the Arizona Practice Model.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer at least 2 years practical experience in behavioral health; preferably with the child/adolescent population.

SCHOOL BASED SERVICES SUPERVISOR

LOCATION
GLENDALE, AZ

PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the quality and availability of mental health services to public and charter schools as well as other resources by serving as a liaison between Touchstone Behavioral Health and school social workers, counselors and administrators. Supervises all School based Therapists. In addition this position will carry a modified case load and provide therapy services to consumers and families.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field. Independently Licensed in AZ.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer a minimum of two (2) year(s) experience in behavioral health preferably with the child/adolescent population. Prefer minimum of one year of supervisory experience.

YOUTH AND FAMILY SUPPORT STAFF full and part time positions available

LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ (community based)

PURPOSE
- WIT - "Whatever It Takes" We have a few full time and part time positions available for dedicated reliable staff to provide direct support services in clients' homes throughout the Phoenix area. Duties may include but are not limited to: behavior coaching; mentoring; assisting with living skills; providing respite; and other supportive services. Available shifts include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 yrs of age, possess a HS Diploma or equivalence, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, current liability insurance and reliable transportation, and qualify for the AZ Fingerprint Clearance card.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health field is strongly preferred. Experience working with the AZ model preferred. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
