The executive management team runs the day to day operations, guided by a volunteer board of directors. The two areas of focus are prevention and outpatient therapy.

Prevention services are provided primarily through school based programs, where at risk children can be reached through group settings or with individual counseling.

Therapeutic services include office visits, home visits, case management, child family teams, working with other agencies, partnering with families. Parenting classes and anger management classes are offered as a comprehensive strategy of support services.
